SERVICES
Our full spectrum of horizontal, vertical, ID and OD capabilities on more than
70 machines -- including state-of-the-art CNCs supported by CAD/CAM programming
-- enables rapid completion of orders in-house. Our comprehensive
services include:
Parts progress from saw rooms through the Blanchard grinding department,
then on to vertical or horizontal finish machining. Deep-holed parts might
sidestep to our gun drill. Turned parts pass through lathe/turning center
department. CNC grinders finish tight-tolerance diameters;
boring or honing equipment finish critical inside diameters.
On-site inspection facilities ensure quality assurance.
Parts needing outside processing, such as heat treatment, Mag particle
inspection or special coatings go to our long-trusted vendors.

MANUFACTURING
[ Contact: Chuck Schabow, 817-332-6481 ]
Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Manufacturing - Computerized Vertical and Horizontal Machining and Grinding
- Live tool, 5-axis, 2-spindle turning and milling machine
- Other CNC machines provide high-speed machining, 4-axis capability and up to
80” table length
- Automatic, bar-fed turning/milling
- 60-tool two-pallet horizontal machining suitable for high production or one-off (allowing tool and work-piece set-up while machine running).
Turned-Part Manufacturing
- 8 CNC turning machines and 2 CNC grinders are supported by conventional lathes,
gun drills and hones.
- Turning with capacities of 40" swing and 180" lengths.
- Special capabilities: we regularly bore tapered 3 to 4 ½" diameter ID's in parts
longer than 2 feet.
- Twin chucks allow handoff of turned parts for single-operation, back-end machining.
